Meet the Founder, Sophie Nelson-Crouse

I'm Sophie Nelson-Crouse, BA, LLB. I'm an entrepreneur, strategist, and builder by nature. My journey began in social services, where I spent over a decade supporting vulnerable communities and working closely with families, individuals with disabilities, and people navigating complex systems. Service has always been at the core of my work.

While studying law and completing my undergraduate degree, I launched Elite Cleaning as a side business to support myself through school. What started as a practical way to earn income quickly grew into a trusted brand known for quality, consistency, and care. Years later, Elite Cleaning evolved into a full-scale cleaning and property management company, serving Windsor-Essex and Detroit with residential, commercial, and short-term rental services.

As I gained more experience, I noticed something familiar across every industry I touched. Talented professionals were doing great work but struggling behind the scenes. They lacked structure, support, and time. That's when I decided to build something that went beyond cleaning or consulting.

EBMS Inc. | LLC was born out of that realization.

Today, EBMS supports professionals and businesses across Canada and the U.S. with strategic operations, regulatory compliance, vendor and contract management, business development, and practice support. We work with doctors, lawyers, creatives, and small business owners who are ready to scale but don't want to do it all alone.
